Buttermilk Biscuits Cooking Instructions

Buttermilk Biscuits
(for best results, use convection oven)
Bake at 350°-375° for 28-32 minutes until golden brown.
Convection Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350-370

Honey Biscuits
Bake at 375°-400° for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven. Brush with defrosted Honey Butter and
put back for another 5 minutes until Honey Butter is coated on biscuits.
Convection Bake 350°-370° for 28-32 minutes.

Sausage Gravy/Chorizo Gravy
Remove from box and thaw in a cold water bath until defrosted.
Open bag and pour into a pot and place on low heat. Stir until gravy is hot.
Do not turn burner on high, gravy will scorch on the bottom of pan.

Honey Butter
To defrost quickly - place glass jar in a cold water bath until defrosted.
For a slow defrost, thaw overnight in your refrigerator.
